Shipping & Returns Policy

Tasman’s Harvest hand packs all items for shipping to make sure that you receive your order in good condition.  

If, when you receive your item it has been damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will then be in contact to discuss providing either a replacement or refund.  In some circumstances we will not be able to provide a replacement (particularly with seasonal products).

Please note we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

We are unable to modify or cancel already processed orders.

Tasman’s Harvest cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery by Australia Post.
Our shipping costs are non-refundable.
